Corn Meal Agar is a general-purpose medium used for cultivation of fungi.

Final pH (at 25°C): 6.0 ± 0.2

g/L: Suspend 17.00 g of the powder in 1000 mL purified / distilled water. If desired, add 1% Polysorbate 80 or 1% Dextrose and mix thoroughly.
