KF Streptococcus Agar Base

KF Streptococcus Agar Base is used for selective isolation and enumeration of faecal Streptococci in surface water by direct plating or by membrane filter method.

g/L: Suspend 76.40 g of the powder in 1000 mL purified / distilled water and add rehydrated contents of 1 vial of bromocresol purple.
