The combination of Dextrose, Sodium Bicarbonate, Yeast Autolysate, Vancomycin, Colistin Methane Sulphonate, Trimethoprim and Nystatin facilitates the growth of Neisseria. G C supplement is used with G C Agar Base for selective isolation of Neisseria.
