Yeast Malt Broth is used for the isolation and cultivation of Yeasts, Moulds and other Aciduric microorganisms.

Final pH (at 25°C): 6.2 ± 0.2

g/L: Suspend 10.50 g of the powder in 490 mL purified / distilled water.
